For more than 30 years I have been continuing my education in various areas of personality strengthening and development. I support my coachees, companies and artists with extensive, experience-oriented and extraordinary tools in order to make their potential visible, tangible and tangible for them. 

 

My many years of coaching experience have taught me that the results of coaching and training with an "entertainment character", i.e. creative, experience-oriented methods, achieve an enormously positive effect that goes far beyond the possibilities of purely verbal coaching. This makes it easier for the coachees to access and structure the often complicated emotional world. Change processes are accelerated and healing can take place.

In recent years, I have repeatedly taken over management, corporate development or public relations for companies in crisis on an interim basis.  In this context, I have managed companies and departments with teams of two to 300 team members and have always seen myself as the sparring partner of the teams. 

 

In 2023 I did further training in agile coaching and training in order to continue to support entrepreneurs and their teams in their digital transformation. And was certified as an INQA Coach. Medium-sized companies have the opportunity to receive funding for extensive coaching from me for the transformation in digital change

 

In 2022 I will have my training as an experience-oriented trainer for groups. Since then I have mainly worked with groups. And I continue to offer individual accompaniment for group participants. 

 

From 2003 to 2008 I dealt with the theory, the media sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.

I am co-founder of the Creative Gaming initiative "creative-gaming.eu"

In 2010, together with my business partner Arndt Kielstropp, I founded the PR and marketing agency Themroc, with which we work with artists such as Ben Becker, Konstantin Wecker, Mike Singer or Pietro Lombardi or artists such as Beatrice Egli, Jasmin Tabatabai or influencers such as Abigail support odoom. But also many young artists who are at the very beginning of their careers. 

 

I am a Reiki Master and have been a Reiki practitioner for over 25 years.

In 1997 I decided to follow my inner inspiration alongside my work in the media industry and received my first Reiki degree initiation. In the years that followed I continued to educate myself and was initiated into the second Reiki degree, dealing with gemstone therapy, medicinal herbs, healing the inner child, my shadow and my light and the incredible power that came with all these awarenesses.  

I have a loving partner and am the mother of a wonderful adult daughter.
